There is a high coloring intensity of the garnet color. Soft on the first nose with a round aftertaste and a long finish. The medium firm tannins allow the wine to express itself fully in its youth and mature with grace and joy. The finish is long and has a light tannic grip on the end.

The Merlot is enjoyed after half an hour of decanting so that the fruit opens. Serve with a filet mignon or a ribeye.
