Although all of our grapes are grown in our vineyards located in the Valle de Guadalupe, the winemaking process—from maceration and fermentation to bottling—takes place in Tijuana.
To achieve this, once the grapes are harvested, they are transported in refrigerated trucks to Tijuana, where they are immediately sent to crushing.
Each stage of the winemaking process is a key element in bringing our vision of creating quality wines to life. One important and essential step is our manual destemming process; the effort and meticulous work of selecting each grape individually ensures that we achieve the wine profile we seek.
