Nuestro vino Reserva se distingue por aromas de frutas negras y roble tostado. Notas atractivas de ciruela madura, dulce de caramelo, canela y azúcar morena.
Siendo un vino dócil, elegante, gastronómico es ideal para acompañar con carnes rojas grasas, como filete de res relleno con queso azul o cordero al romero acompañado de puré rústico.

Our Tres Tintos Wine is the result of the most complex blend to date within the Tres Tintos lineage. It is a full-bodied wine, silky and persistent. On the palate, notes of toasted oak and red fruit characteristics are present.
The wine also shows a pleasant dark chocolate tone. Thanks to the Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, a beautiful tannic structure and a generous core of fruit emerge at the center. The blend includes a small amount of Syrah, which adds an appealing hint of pepper.

Nuestro Vino Tres Tintos es el producto de la mezcla la más compleja, hasta la fecha, del linaje del Vino Tres Tintos. Es un vino con mucho cuerpo, sedoso y persistente. En el paladar, se hacen presentes notas de roble tostado y características de fruta roja.
El vino, además, tiene un buen tono de chocolate amargo. Por el Petit Verdot y el Cabernet Franc, se presentan un bonito marco de taninos y un núcleo grande de fruta en el centro. El vino es una mezcla con pequeña cantidad de Syrah, la cual aporta un elemento atractivo de pimienta.

The Merlot fruit shows an incredible evolution and has produced an exceptional wine with character, a balanced texture, and full body. Our 2011 Merlot delivers toasted vanilla accents with deep aromas of red fruits.
A high color intensity with a garnet hue is evident. Smooth on the first nose, with a rounded aftertaste and a long finish. Medium-firm tannins allow the wine to fully express itself in its youth and to age with grace and vibrancy. The finish is long, with a light tannic grip at the end.

La fruta de la Merlot muestra una increíble evolución y ha producido un vino excepcional con carácter, una textura equilibrada y mucho cuerpo. Nuestro Merlot 2011 aporta acentos de vainilla tostada con profundos aromas de frutas rojas.
Se aprecia una elevada intensidad colorante del color granate. Suave en la primera nariz con un retrogusto redondo y un largo final. Los taninos medio firmes permiten al vino expresarse completo en su juventud y madurar con gracia y alegría. El final es largo y tiene un agarre ligero de tanino en el extremo.

Our Chardonnay offers seductive aromas of tropical fruit with vanilla accents derived from oak barrel aging. On the palate, citrus tones are evident with a smooth progression. The well-balanced acidity provides a vibrant contrast to the ripe fruit notes on both entry and finish. The wine’s full body, combined with its bright acidity, creates a very appealing combination on the palate. Serve chilled.

Nuestro Chardonnay aporta aromas seductores de fruta tropical con acentos de vainilla proveniendo de la barrica de roble.
En boca, se notan tonos cítricos que tienen buen paso. La acidez, bien equilibrada, le proporciona al vino un contraste vibrante contra los tonos de fruta madura al entrar y al salir. El cuerpo lleno del vino junto con el brillo de acidez crean una combinación muy atractiva en el paladar.
Servir frío.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon Don Sirak is a special wine, crafted in remembrance of the father of our founder, Don Sirak Baloyán. It is based on three clones of this variety (191, 169, and 8) planted in our vineyard in the Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada. We created a blend to achieve a wine with aromas of ripe red fruit and a subtle sweetness from toasted oak. Smooth on the first nose, with a rounded aftertaste and a long finish. The tannins are supple, allowing the wine to fully express itself in its youth and to age with grace and joy—just like the man who inspired it: Don Sirak.
