Our History
Casa Baloyán is proudly a family-owned company.
After a long search for ideal and noble lands for vine cultivation, our winemaking project began in 2003 with the planting of our vineyards, and our first harvest took place in 2007. We are proud to have the experience and professional care of our winemaker, Chris Corley, who has guided us on this journey—one filled with learning, hard work, perseverance, and friendship.
Our main objective is to maintain quality in every step of our process.

Casa Baloyán is proudly a family-owned company.
After a long search for ideal and noble lands for vine cultivation, our winemaking project began in 2003 with the planting of our vineyards, and our first harvest took place in 2007. WINERY
We are the first urban winery in the region. The intention behind establishing our winery in the heart of Tijuana was to maintain full control over every process and to offer a symbol of identity for the city.
Adjacent to our winemaking facilities, we offer several rooms and event spaces for social and corporate gatherings. We strive to provide our visitors with a unique environment, highlighting a spectacular and elevated experience.

Erik Baloyán
Casa Baloyán was born from the vision of its founder, Erik Baloyán, to create a great Mexican wine of exceptional quality. The decision to establish the winery stemmed from his love for his country and his desire to create a product that brings recognition to Mexico as a producer of fine wines. His passion for service and quality is reflected in the philosophy of our winery and in each of our products.

With more than 30 years of experience in Napa Valley, Chris applies all of his knowledge to create extraordinary wines.
